from you to me will grant full refunds (less postage and packing) for journals returned to our office in resaleable condition within 14 days of the purchase date.
If the product is in a damaged or faulty condition when it reaches you, or it has been incorrectly shipped, from you to me will either fully refund you including the postage and packing, or you may request an exchange for a new product.
This will not apply where the fault has been caused by normal wear and tear or by the customer.
